Warranty Available on all Systems

Peace of mind, every Second User or Ex Demo system comes with a 60 day swap out warranty, if a fault occurs you will receive a replacement unit.

The replacement unit can be pre-configured so when you receive it you simply take it out of the box, disconnect the faulty unit and re-connect the replacement. Once done place the faulty unit in the replacement box, and we will arrange a pick up for return.

Video conferencing equipment, like other electronic equipment, is very reliable so the chance of problem is low, however the replacement 60 day swap out gives you that further reassurance.

On every new system the standard warranty is a 1 year return to base. Other options of 1, 2 and 3 years swap out is also available, please call us for details.
